Canntech is a vibrant Engineering Design consultancy headquartered in New Delhi and branches in Middle East. With the adoption of Building Information Modelling (BIM), we are transforming Architecture, Structure & MEP projects and redefining Digital Transformation in Engineering & Design with the use of cutting-edge technologies, such as 3D printing technology, Augmented Reality & Virtual Reality, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things (IoT) and drones.

Mr. Nilanjan Deb, Founder & Director of Canntech Services Pvt Ltd. Is a detail-oriented, responsible and committed engineer with more than two decades of experience of defining project requirements, designing, detailed engineering, coordination, value engineering, strategic planning, resource management, quality assurance and progress reporting. (High Rise Towers, Five Star Hotels, shopping malls, Hospitals, Metro stations, Airports, Residential Complexes Etc.). Mr. Deb is passionate about solving complex real-world problems through technology and innovation.  In Canntech, he has been leading the operations and strategy teams to build, grow and develop the business. In his previous capacities spanning 20 years, he has worked in the big multinational companies like Voltas, DLF, Sterling & Wilson, ETA, Carrier, and handled renewed project like, Burj Khalifa (Dubai), Formula- One Circuit (Abu Dhabi), Emirates Palace Hotel (7 Star, Abu Dhabi), Dubai Metro, Address Hotel Tower (Dubai), Dubai Airport, and the New Delhi & Mumbai Airport. He recognizes and understands how rewarding the design and construction process can be when technology and culture embrace a new era of engineering innovation. His desire for bringing BIM to every aspect of AEC has inspired him to explore and experiment new trends in the market.
